My Approach..

Every editorial shoot starts with an idea. Wether its inspired by a location, a particular outfit or the way the light falls at a certain time of day, I enjoy creating photographs that feel intentional and cinematic. Before we even pick up a camera, we’ll discuss concepts, styling and locations to build a shoot around your personality, creating photographs that feel authentic rather than forced.

On the day, I keep the atmosphere relaxed and collaborative. You dont need any modelling experience as I’ll guide you throughout the session while leaving room for natural movement and genuine expression. My aim isn’t to simply take beautiful photographs, but to create a collection of images that tell a story and leave you with something that feels timeless, distinctive and uniquely yours.

From Idea to Final Image

Initial Conversation

Every shoot begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, style you are drawn to and what you’d like to achieve from the session. Wether you’re updating a portfolio or just want something different from traditional portraits, this is where we shape the vision together.
Moodboard

Once we’ve settled on a direction, I’ll create a moodboard and help plan the finer details. From choosing the right location and time of day to discussing outfits and styling, careful planning helps us create a cohesive set of images that tell a story.
The Shoot

On the day, my aim is to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I’ll guide you through posing and movement while encouraging natural expression, allowing us to create photographs that feel effortless rather than overly posed.
Professional Editing

After the shoot, each selected image is individually edited in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. My editing style is subtle and cinematic, enhancing colour, light and atmospherewhile keeping you looking natural. I don’t believe in over editing or changing who you are.
Delivery

Your finished photographs will be delivered in a beautiful private online gallery through Pixieset, where you can view, download and share your images with ease. Your gallery is available on any device, making it simple to enjoy your photographs wherever you are.
