Not at all. Most of my clients tell me they’re nervous about being in front of the camera. I’ll guide you throughout the session with simple direction so you can relax and enjoy the experience. My aim is to capture natural expressions rather than stiff or overly posed photographs.

Most sessions take place outdoors using natural light in and around Salisbury, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. If you have a location that’s meaningful to you, I’m always happy to discuss ideas.

Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral tones and simple patterns tend to photograph best, but the most important thing is that your outfit feels like you. Once you’ve booked, I’ll send over some helpful advice to make choosing outfits easy.

You’ll receive a private online gallery within two weeks of your session, where you can download your chosen images in high resolution.

Absolutely. If you’d like to include your partner or a well-behaved dog in part of your session, just let me know when booking and we can plan it together.

If the forecast isn’t suitable, we’ll simply rearrange your session for another date at no extra cost. I’d much rather photograph you in the best possible conditions than rush ahead in poor weather.

Yes. You’ll receive an online gallery where you can view your images and choose your favourites, depending on your chosen package.
